1. Licensed Retail Purchasers Only
Our products are sold exclusively to provincially authorized cannabis retailers. By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you hold a valid cannabis retail license within the province of British Columbia and are authorized to purchase cannabis products for resale.
2. Verification of Licensing
We reserve the right to request proof of licensing at any time. Orders may be placed on hold, canceled, or refunded if we are unable to verify that the purchasing entity is properly licensed under applicable provincial regulations.
3. Pricing and Product Information
All pricing is listed in Canadian dollars and may be updated without prior notice. In the event of a clerical or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the price and request approval prior to fulfillment.
4. Delivery Area
Delivery is available only within the province of British Columbia. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside BC will be canceled and refunded.
5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory availability, licensing concerns, or regulatory considerations, we may cancel and refund the order.
6. Compliance with Provincial Regulations
